Pricing
How much do business headshots cost?
At our Times Square and Downtown Miami studios: Basic $225, Pro $350, Max $650. Teams at the studio start at $225 for one person plus $125 for each additional person; at your office in New York City from $675 plus $125 per person. Up to 50 people book online at these rates; for larger teams, email us for a quote.
Which formats are free, and which are paid?
LinkedIn, Slack, Instagram and black-and-white versions are free with every session. Custom company formats — your exact pixel ratio, crop and face position matched across a team page — are a paid service, quoted per project.
How much is retouching?
Optional, ordered from your gallery: Basic $25 or Advanced $50 per image. Basic covers blemishes, shine, hair flyaways, whitening teeth and eyes, and glare in glasses; Advanced adds shape, tone and detail.
How much is hair and makeup?
$250 per hour or $1,000 per day, including makeup and light hair styling. Add a groomer to any session.
How can we pay?
Online at booking with any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Companies can be invoiced by card, check or ACH.
Are there extra fees outside Manhattan?
Yes — locations outside Manhattan add travel and setup fees, confirmed before anything is booked.
The session
How long does it take?
Basic is 20 minutes, Pro up to an hour, Max up to two hours. Team members take 10–15 minutes each, including choosing their photo.
How many photos will I get?
Every frame you shoot — typically 35+ on Basic, 150+ on Pro and 500+ on Max.
Can I change outfits or backgrounds?
Basic is one outfit and one background. Pro adds multiple backgrounds, an outdoor option and a second outfit. Max allows unlimited outfits.
Do you shoot outdoors?
Yes, on Pro and Max — at 8th Avenue and Times Square, steps from the studio.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule online from your confirmation, free up to 4 hours before your session. Full terms are in the appointment policy.
Studios
Where are your studios?
New York: 260 W 44th Street, 5th Floor, near Times Square–42nd St and Port Authority. Miami: 168 SE 1st Street, Office 1001, Downtown. More cities are opening soon.
What are your studio hours?
Both studios are open seven days a week, 9am to 9pm. Booking is open around the clock.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. We set up a full studio — camera, lights, backgrounds — anywhere in New York City. A room of about 15 × 15 feet is ideal; larger spaces allow backgrounds using your own office.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. We're fully insured and provide a COI for building access whenever your building requires one.
Teams
How do you keep a whole team consistent?
Your standard — background, light, crop and framing — is kept on file, so a hire photographed next year matches this year's team. Save your specs before or after booking.
Can you match the headshots we already have?
Yes. Send a sample and we'll match it, or we'll help you design a new signature look for a rebrand.
How do team members book?
Book with your work email and share the signup link. Each person picks their own slot, and your coordinator is notified of every booking.
When do we get the photos?
Each person's full-resolution gallery is ready the moment their session ends. Optional retouching returns within three business days.
Can you run a company-wide program?
Yes. One standard across every office and every new hire, at any scale — scheduled around your teams and quoted per program.
Who receives the photos?
Each person gets their own gallery, and finished images can also go to whoever you designate.
Privacy & rights
Do you use Dropbox or Google Drive?
Never. Your photos live on our own platform and nowhere else — no third-party file links and no marketing emails.
Are our photos used for AI training or shared?
No. Your photos are never used to train AI and your data is never shared or sold.
Who can see our gallery?
Only the people you share it with.
Who owns the photos?
You do, with the right to use them anywhere — website, press, social, print — for as long as you like.
